1. Case study

Community Based Services (CBS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities through day programs, employment services, and community-based initiatives. The goal was to elevate CBS’s digital presence, shifting from informational to intentional. Through a unified creative direction, I reimagined their social and digital storytelling to focus on dignity, independence, and real human impact.

2. Result

The campaign drove a 400%–1000% increase in traffic via Meta, significantly expanding reach, engagement, and overall visibility. Beyond performance metrics, the work established a more modern, cohesive brand presence—strengthening audience connection, increasing community awareness, and creating new opportunities for engagement and partnership.

3. Experience

From campaign development to day-to-day content, I approached every touchpoint as an opportunity to create a cohesive, intentional experience. This included creative direction, content strategy, motion design, social campaigns, and post-production. Building a unified system designed to elevate storytelling and drive measurable impact.
